The Steamship Authority is working with Raftelis Financial Consultants Inc. to develop a strategic plan, which was one of the recommendations from the 2018 comprehensive review of the Authority's operations conducted by HMS Consulting Inc., Glosten Associates, and Rigor Analytics. The plan is expected to be created throughout 2023, and updates to the project will be posted on this page for public review.

Public input survey - proposed Vision Statement and Strategic Outcomes

The Steamship Authority is developing its first Strategic Plan and we’d like your feedback! On May 2, 2023, the Board and Port Council worked with our consultants from Raftelis to develop the proposed Vision Statement and Strategic Outcomes for our Strategic Plan. Please take a few minutes to share your feedback. All responses are confidential and will be sent directly to Raftelis. The Board and Port Council will consider the input before finalizing the initial framework in August 2023.
