Second series of open houses scheduled for True North reservation system project

FALMOUTH (January 14, 2026) – The Woods Hole, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket Steamship Authority (SSA) has scheduled the second series of informational open houses for its True North initiative to replace the company’s reservation system.

At each workshop, the True North project team will be available to discuss reservation policy changes that are under review as part of the change to the new system. Attendees will be able to ask questions and share their feedback on the policies and the project.

The open houses are scheduled as follows:

  • Martha’s Vineyard: 5:30-7 p.m. Thursday, January 22, 2026,  training/community room at the Tisbury Emergency Services Facility, 215 Spring Street, Tisbury.
  • Falmouth/Zoom: 12-2 p.m. Friday, January 23, 2026, Steamship Authority Administrative Offices, 228 Palmer Avenue, Falmouth. Visit https://bit.ly/TrueNorthtownhall at the time of the meeting to join.
  • Nantucket: 5:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 27, 2026, Nantucket Dreamland Theater, 17 South Water Street, Nantucket.
