The Steamship Authority is currently accepting applications to fill full-time, union positions of Terminal Workers at the Hyannis terminal. Responsibilities include docking vessels, ticket handling, assisting in staging and directing traffic around terminal area; driving vehicles including tractor trailers on and off the ferry, security checks of passengers and vehicles along with other duties assigned by supervisor. Applicants must have a Massachusetts CDL Class "A" driver's license with Air Brake endorsements and a valid medical card. Applicants must interact well with members of the traveling public. Rate of pay is $30.96 per hour to start and after 45 days will increase to $33.46 per hour.
