Hurricane Lee updates

Please read below for our most up-to-date service changes and our thoughts on when service will be interrupted due to remnants of Hurricane Lee.

Cancellations are expected on both routes on Saturday, but the length of the service disruptions will depend on how quickly the storm moves through the area and the condition of the seas and our facilities after the winds die down.

Nantucket route - Saturday

The 5:30 p.m. departure of the M/V Woods Hole from Hyannis is expected to run tonight, along with its 8:15 p.m. return trip from Nantucket. The M/V Eagle is expected to make its 8 p.m. trip to Nantucket.

The M/V Iyanough will make its last round trip of the day, leaving Hyannis at 7:30 p.m. and leaving Nantucket at 8:45 p.m.

The M/V Gay Head is returning to Hyannis from our Fairhaven maintenance facility and will be in place for its freight service starting Sunday morning.

Martha's Vineyard route - Saturday

All Oak Bluffs trips are diverted to Vineyard Haven as service resumes due to the weather conditions.

Due to low demand, are consolidating trips on our freight vessels today. The M/V Island Home and M/V Nantucket are running on a trip-by-trip basis as conditions allow.

As of approximately 1:30 p.m., online booking is available for Vineyard route trips for the rest of Saturday and Sunday.

Both routes - Sunday

We expect no further service interruptions on Sunday.
