Notice of Request by Seastreak, LLC to Operate it's High-Speed Passenger Ferry Service between New Bedford, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket in November and December

SeaStreak, LLC has asked the Steamship Authority to amend its license agreement in order
to provide high-speed passenger ferry service between New Bedford, Martha’s Vineyard and
Nantucket between November 27, 2019 and December 1, 2019 to coincide with the Thanksgiving
holiday; between New Bedford and Nantucket for the “46th Annual Chamber Christmas Stroll” in
Nantucket, which will take place from December 6, 2019 through December 8, 2019; and between
New Bedford and Edgartown for the “38th Annual Christmas in Edgartown”, which has yet to
publish a schedule for December 2019. The requested “Thanksgiving” service is not an interisland
ferry service, and is only a service between New Bedford and the respective islands.

The Steamship Authority requests comments from the public regarding this requested
