Summary:
Positions are available for Reservation Clerks at the Steamship Authority's Mashpee Reservation Bureau. These are full-time, seasonal positions, including weekend coverage, with a starting rate of pay of $12.40 per hour. Responsibilities include: answering telephone reservation inquiries; providing assistance in making, changing or canceling advance vehicle reservations and entering same in computer system; providing customers with vehicle space availability and schedule information; and performing all duties in an effective and pleasant manner. A two-week reservation system basic training course will be provided. Interested parties should send resume to:
