Frequently Asked Questions
Question:
I am traveling in a rental car. Can I make a reservation even though I don’t yet have any information about the car?
Answer:
Yes. Customers traveling in rental vehicles may make reservations in their own name. At the time of booking, a customer traveling in a rental vehicle should provide as much vehicle information as possible regarding the rental vehicle and may use his or her own name as the license plate number and/or such other “dummy” information as is necessary to make the reservation, or the customer instead may simply provide vehicle information about his or her own vehicle (as opposed to the rental vehicle). Customers are cautioned, however, not to underestimate the length or height of their rental vehicles. The Authority’s terminal employees will establish that the customer is the person for whom the reservation has been made when the customer arrives at the departure terminal.
